Our signature full-body sculpt experience. A rhythmic blend of strength, conditioning, Pilates, and barre designed to build endurance, control, and deep core connection. Expect intentional movement, elevated playlists, and a seamless flow that leaves you energized, grounded, and strong.

Sculpt / Core

A modern barre experience rooted in precision, posture, and deep muscular endurance. Low impact yet deeply challenging, this class blends sculpt-focused movement, balance work, and dynamic mobility to strengthen from the inside out.

Ass + Abs + Arms

Sculpt / Endurance

A focused sculpt class targeting upper body, core, and glutes through high repetition, low-impact burn sequences. Expect deep muscular activation, intentional layering, and all the props. Precision driven movement with serious shake.

Hot Mess

Cardio / Sculpt

A high-energy conditioning class designed to elevate your heart rate while keeping movement intentional and athletic. Aerobic intervals, sculpt-inspired strength, and core-focused sequences combine to create an immersive sweat session that feels powerful, rhythmic, and addictive.

Mat Sculpt + Stretch

Core / Stretch

A sculpt-focused mat class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore. Expect deep core activation, controlled low-impact movement, and mobility-driven recovery work that leaves you feeling open, aligned, and reset.

BYOBaby Optional Series

Postpartum / Sculpt

Select Mess classes are offered as part of our BYO Baby series, allowing caregivers to bring their baby into the studio while moving through class in a supportive and welcoming environment. Classes maintain the same intentional programming and movement experience as our standard schedule with thoughtful postpartum friendly modifications available when needed, though anyone is welcome to join.

Babies are welcome beside you throughout class provided they are not yet fully mobile and are not incorporated into the workout itself.

Strength / Core

A low-impact strength-driven sculpt class that combines functional training, Pilates-inspired control, and barre-influenced endurance work. Expect slightly heavier resistance, intentional pacing, and muscular challenge without impact.

Strength + Sculpt Advanced: Performance Conditioning

Strength / Conditioning

An advanced strength and conditioning experience built around a signature three-block format. Controlled strength training, athletic conditioning, and rhythmic sculpt flow combine to challenge stamina, precision, and total body control. Strong, grounded, and intelligently programmed.
